| Tax Exemption to Donors |
Donations to Bharti Foundation’s “Satya Bharti School Program” bear 50% deduction under 80G of Income Tax Act. Bharti Foundation may provide certificate for 100% tax deduction under sections 35AC/80GGA of Income Tax Act 1961 under specific request from the donor subject to availability and validity of said exemption. (Foreign Donors may not be able to avail benefit of deduction due to their local tax laws).
